Ann-Christin is the first HV Capital Growth Stage Investment team member based in Munich. Prior to venturing from picturesque Trebur to Munich and into finance, she spent over a decade dancing in modern and jazz. Her dance team made its mark, securing titles and filling her with team spirit and ambition.

Academically, Ann-Christin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim, with an enriching exchange semester in Spain. Her educational journey culminated in a Master's degree from NOVA SBE in Lisbon, with a specialized focus on Corporate Finance. Throughout her studies, Ann-Christin demonstrated a keen interest in entrepreneurship and venture capital, exploring support programs for South African startups during her Bachelor's and actively engaging with the South European startup ecosystem during her Master's.

Before landing at HV Capital, Ann-Christin gathered invaluable insights from the finance and consulting sectors. PwC's Valuation Team and Simon Kucher were among her stops, where she honed her skills in building financial models, conducting valuations, and optimizing company pricing strategies. In her most recent role at SevenVentures/SevenGrowth, the corporate venture capital arm of Pro7Sat.1, Ann-Christin showcased her active contributions to several growth-stage investment deals in the consumer sector.

When she's not in the thick of venture capital, Ann-Christin loves spending time with friends and being in the great outdoors around Munich embarking on adventures like hiking. Moreover, she enjoys doing all kinds of sports, whether it's conquering cycling routes, embracing the challenge of HIIT workouts, or finding her Zen in yoga.
