Anna is VP People at HV Capital, working laterally across the entire portfolio on talent, leadership, and organisational design. Her career started with an internship at Bertelsmann, serendipitously during the summer Lycos went public. That first taste of hypergrowth and high-volume recruiting hooked her for good. Twenty-six years later, she has worked across every type of organisation: from the company building that produced Delivery Hero at Team Europe, to advising 350+ ecosystem startups at Deutsche Telekom's hub:raum.

At HV Capital since 2020, Anna operates as an organisational anthropologist embedded in a VC fund: cross-pollinating patterns across 220+ portfolio companies and advising founders on leadership hires, exec team composition, co-founder dynamics, and the decisions that don't fit in a board deck. Beyond HV, she co-founded The Secret HR Society (2,000+ members) and serves as VP of the Board of VC Platform, the global community for 2,400+ operational VC professionals. Off the clock: piloting a cooking school concept for children with ADHD, currently a class of one at home.
