Soufiane
El Hilali

Originally from Morocco, Soufiane moved to Germany to study at Augsburg University. After completing a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in finance and bank management, he is now preparing for a Masters of Controlling. 

Coming from a rich and multilingual culture, volunteered to manage foreign students’ internships at his faculty.

During his bachelor studies, he was enrolled in the stock market club of the university to learn more about investments and stock pitches . He was also a working student for renowned companies such as Infineon Technologies and Fujitsu, in the finance and controlling departments.

Eager to learn and discover more, Soufiane is now thrilled to join the exciting world of venture capital.

Before joining HV Capital, Soufiane spent three years as the Corporate Financial Controller for Allgeier SE, where he played a key role in the analysis and evaluation of business development for the serviced division. He also contributed to corporate M&A and Financial Due Diligence. 

His success and achievements in the workplace show Soufiane's interest in effectively solving work-related complications, increasing job quality, and competing for better choices.

In his spare time, Soufiane likes to go on trips to the mountains, and camp. This allows him to unplug and enjoy the simplicity of nature, take a break from day-to-day challenges and clear his mind. He also enjoys playing football and getting to know new people and cultures.
