Susann is Head of Investor Relations at HV Capital, where she leads fundraising efforts and cultivates relationships with investors globally, with a particular focus on endowments and pension funds. Her career has been driven by a curiosity for complex finance and a talent for building strong, strategic relationships.

She began her career at Partners Group in Switzerland, focusing on product management and fund structuring, before moving to London to work at Park Hill on complex secondary transactions and fund restructurings. At Moonfare, she helped build the business development function in the company’s early growth phase, contributing across product, operations, and finance while establishing the secondary platform and pricing mechanisms. Most recently, she led investor relations and fundraising at DN Capital, raising capital from institutional and family office investors across Europe and the Middle East, developing ESG strategies, and building tools like LP portals and reporting systems to enhance investor engagement.

Susann holds a Master’s in Accounting and Finance from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and a Bachelor’s in Management from the University of Fribourg. Outside of work, she enjoys connecting with people, exploring new ideas in finance, and finding opportunities where strategy and execution meet.
