She's built go-to-market playbooks from scratch, helped close first paying customers, and supported fundraising processes that brought in top-tier follow-on investors. Her edge: she's done it herself, as a Founder's Associate at Karla in London, before sharpening her strategic toolkit at McKinsey. Luisa studied at the University of St. Gallen and Harvard for her Bachelor's, followed by a Master's at London Business School. Before venture, she discovered discipline early: Luisa is a former Ballet World Champion. The same rigor she brought to the stage, she now brings to helping founders turn early traction into scalable growth. Whether that's nailing positioning, preparing a Series A process, or unlocking new commercial channels.
